Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif Visits Iranian Embassy, Expresses Solidarity After Israeli Aggression

Islamabad – Prime Minister Muhammad Shehbaz Sharif visited the Embassy of the Islamic Republic of Iran in Islamabad earlier today to express Pakistan’s condolences and solidarity following the recent Israeli aggression against Iran.

Accompanied by Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Mohammad Ishaq Dar, SAPM Tariq Fatemi, and Foreign Secretary [Name], the Prime Minister signed the condolence book opened by the Iranian mission in honour of the martyrs and injured.

Ambassador of Iran to Pakistan, Reza Amiri Moghaddam, received the Prime Minister and his delegation. PM Shehbaz conveyed Pakistan’s deepest sympathies to the Iranian people and government, praising the resilience and courage of the Iranian nation. He offered prayers for the martyrs and wished a swift recovery for the injured.

Reaffirming Pakistan’s unwavering support, the Prime Minister also extended his respects to Supreme Leader Ayatollah Ali Khamenei and President Dr. Massoud Pezeshkian, emphasizing the strong bilateral ties between the two nations.

The visit underscored Pakistan’s solidarity with Iran during this challenging time, reinforcing the shared commitment to regional peace and stability.
