Islamabad: Talks between the United States and Iran in Pakistan are expected to take place on Monday, April 20, although no official announcement has yet been made regarding the date, The Wall Street Journal reported, citing a senior US administration official.
According to the report, members of US President Donald Trump’s team involved in the negotiations remain on standby ahead of the anticipated discussions.
Several rounds of talks were reportedly held last weekend; however, no major breakthrough was achieved in efforts to resolve the ongoing conflict.
