MOSCOW: Russia has ​deployed a submarine and other ‌naval ‌vessels ‌to ⁠escort ​an ‌aging oil tanker, Bella 1, ⁠the Wall Street ‌Journal ‍reported ‍on ‍Tuesday , citing a US official.

Reuters ​could not immediately verify ⁠the report.
