The Minister of Media and Chairman of the Board of Directors of the General Authority for Media Regulation, Salman bin Yousef Al-Dosari, chaired the 21st meeting of the Board of Directors of the General Authority of Media Regulation, at the Authority’s headquarters Wednesday evening.
He and the authority’s members reviewed a presentation on its most prominent achievements in 2023, in addition to the authority’s action plan, the executive plan for the authority’s strategy, and future goals.
The authority also discussed the latest developments in the media sector, programs to empower the sector and develop content, and the uses of artificial intelligence (AI) in operations, in addition to several topics on the agenda, and took a number of decisions regarding them.
