On 1 September 2024, Ms. Kamolwan Sriposil, Charge d’Affaires of the Royal Thai Embassy had a significant meeting with Mr. Farid Ahmad Tarar, Secretary of the Tourism, Archaeology, and Museum Department, Government of Punjab. The discussions focused on enhancing cultural cooperation between Pakistan and Thailand, with particular emphasis on two key initiatives: the potential of bringing Gandhara artifacts from museums in Pakistan to Thailand for an exclusive exhibition and the newly launched photo exhibition “Wonders of Thailand: A Photographic Voyage.”
