Abu Dhabi — His Highness Sheikh Abdullah Bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs, has strongly condemned the terrorist plots that sought to undermine security, incite instability, and carry out acts of sabotage within the State of Kuwait.
His Highness affirmed the United Arab Emirates’ unwavering solidarity with Kuwait and its full support for all measures undertaken to safeguard its security and sovereignty. He commended the vigilance, professionalism, and swift response of Kuwaiti security authorities in successfully foiling the plot and bringing those responsible to light.
Sheikh Abdullah reiterated the UAE’s firm and principled stance rejecting all forms of terrorism and extremism, as well as any actions aimed at destabilising nations and threatening regional peace. He underscored the importance of enhancing joint regional and international cooperation to effectively confront such threats and preserve stability.
Concluding his statement, His Highness reaffirmed that the security of Kuwait is an integral part of the UAE’s security, stressing the UAE’s continued support for all efforts aimed at maintaining Kuwait’s stability, protecting its citizens and residents, and safeguarding its national achievements.
