National newspaper polls give a clear victory to the PSC in the Catalan elections

This Monday the main national newspapers agree in pointing out, in the surveys they publish on the Catalan elections on May 12, the PSC candidate, Salvador Illa, as the clear winner of the elections by obtaining around 30 percent of the votes.

ABC Newspaper

Thus, ABC collects a GAD3 survey according to which the PSC would win the elections with 30.1 percent of the votes, which would give it between 41 and 44 seats, followed by Junts, which, with 22.1 percent, would obtain between 33 and 34 seats.

ERC, according to the same survey, with 16.00 percent would obtain 25 or 26 seats, the PP with 9.2 percent in voting intention would reach 12 or 13 seats and VOX with 8.2 percent could get between 10 and 11 seats.

Comuns Sumar would be in sixth position with 4.3 percent of votes and 4 seats, the CUP with 3.5 percent would obtain between 3 and 4 seats and the last political formation to obtain parliamentary representation would be Alianca Catalana with 3 .8 percent would get between 1 and 3 seats.

EL PAÍS publishes a poll carried out by 40dB according to which the PSC, with 40% of the votes, would obtain between 39 and 43 seats; Junts would follow with 36 percent and between 34 and 37 representatives; ERC, with 26%, between 24 and 26; PP between 12 and 15, with 13% and Vox, also fifth force with between 8 and 12, with 10%.

Comuns Sumar with 5% of the votes and between 4 and 5 seats would be the sixth force in the Catalan parliamentary arc followed by the CUP, which with 4% would obtain between 2 and 5 while Alianca Catalana, with 1%, between 1 and 3.

The SIGMA DOS survey for EL MUNDO also agrees in giving a comfortable advantage to the PSC, which with 28.9% of the votes would obtain between 41 and 43 seats; Junts would have between 28 and 31 seats with 20.1 percent and ERC would get between 27 and 30 representatives with 18.9% of the votes.

The PP with 8.7% would achieve between 11 and 13 seats; Vox, with 6.7%, between 7 and 9 parliamentarians and Comuns Sumar 5 or 6, with 5.9% of the votes. The CUP would complement the parliamentary arc with between 6 and 7 representatives, with 5.3% of the votes, and Alianca Catalana with between 2 and 4, with 2.6 percent.

In the survey carried out by NC REPORT for LA RAZÓN, the PSC would also be the clear winner with 28.4% of the votes and between 39 and 40 representatives; Junts would follow with 20.8% of the votes and between 34 and 35 seats and ERC, in third place, with 17% and between 24 and 25 parliamentarians.

The PP would obtain 9.9% and between 13 and 14 representatives, followed by VOX, with 7.3 percent of the votes and 10 or 11 seats, five more than Comuns Sumar, which with 5.5 percent would be represented. with between 5 and 6 parliamentarians.

The CUP with 4.5 percent of votes would have between 4 and 5 and would close Alianca Catalana, which with 3.2 percent would be represented by between 1 and 3 parliamentarians.

The GAD3 survey for ABC was conducted between April 25 and May 3 on a sample of 1,323 interviews; 40dB for EL PAÍS conducted 1,200 interviews between April 30 and May 2; SIGMA DOS for EL MUNDO conducted 3,007 telephone interviews between April 25 and May 2; while 1,000 interviews were conducted between April 29 and May 3 by NC REPORT for LA RAZÓN.
