The activities of the Jeddah International Travel and Tourism Exhibition (JITTE) 2024 concluded in Jeddah Superdome on Tuesday evening. Nearly 200 exhibitors from 27 countries participated in the three-day exhibition, presenting their latest tourist and travel services and offers to the Saudi market, one of the fastest growing global markets in the industry.
The exhibition was designed to foster a regional and international platform for the travel and tourism market and to find and discuss ways of cooperation to encourage domestic and foreign tourism and link foreign tourism businesses with countries participating in new tourism investment projects. The exhibition is part of one of the goals of the Kingdom’s Vision 2030 in terms of diversifying sources of national income and contributing to supporting domestic and foreign tourism.
The twelfth annual JITTE represented an ideal platform for exhibitors to attract visitors through the use of a variety of professional marketing tools, providing a wide range of tourism products, making it an annual destination for travel enthusiasts, creating an opportunity for companies to provide their services and launch new products, and attracting the largest possible number of visitors of interest from the media, trade delegations, investors, and visitors.
JITTE 2024 was distinguished in identifying the needs and objectives of the Saudi market, building new partnerships and a database of beneficiaries in the large travel market, and reaching senior executives and influential decision-makers in the same sector. It provided the opportunity for direct communication and effective provision of services and products, enhanced the work of local companies and institutions in the travel and tourism industry, and improved the Kingdom’s position as a global tourist destination.
