HUMANITARIAN AID REACHES SINDH RESIDENTS AS KSRELIEF DISTRIBUTING 9,200 FOOD PACKAGES ACROSS FOUR DISTRICTS

In constant commitment to address the urgent nutritional needs of Sindh’s residents, King Salman Humanitarian Aid and Relief Center (KSrelief) has started the distribution of 9,200 essential food packages across four districts – Tharparker, Badin, Matiari, and Jamshoro.
This initiative, forming part of the 3rd phase of the KSrelief Food Security Support Project for Pakistan (2023-2024), has brought crucial nutrition to families in need. Each package, weighing 95 kgs, comprises essential food items to support a family for an entire month. The contents include 80kg of flour, 5 litres of cooking oil, 5kg of sugar, and 5kg of Daal Chana.
The project is being executed with collaboration with the Provincial Disaster Management Authority (PDMA) Sindh, UNOCHA Sindh, local governments, and implemented through the coordinated efforts of KSrelief and its partner organization Hayat Foundation. This distribution will highlight KSrelief’s dedication to extending assistance to the most vulnerable populations in these districts. Approximately 64,400 individuals across these four districts will be benefitting with this humanitarian effort.
