- FM signs condolence book, assures Nepal of Pakistan’s full support for relief and recovery efforts
ISLAMABAD – Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Senator Mohammad Ishaq Dar visited the Embassy of Nepal in Islamabad on [date] to sign the Condolence Book opened in memory of the victims of the recent catastrophic floods and landslides in Nepal.
During his visit, Senator Dar expressed his deepest sympathies to the families of the deceased and conveyed Pakistan’s steadfast solidarity with the Government and people of Nepal as they grapple with the aftermath of the disaster.

Highlighting the growing threat of climate-induced calamities, the Foreign Minister observed that regional countries are increasingly vulnerable to frequent and intense extreme weather events, which continue to exact a heavy toll on human life, livelihoods, and critical infrastructure.
FM Dar also offered prayers for the departed souls, wished a swift recovery to the injured, and expressed hope for the safe return of those still reported missing.
Reaffirming Pakistan’s commitment to supporting Nepal during this hour of need, he underscored that Islamabad stands ready to extend all possible assistance to help mitigate the devastating impact of the natural calamity and bolster ongoing relief and rehabilitation efforts.
