ISLAMABAD – Ms Dorsaf MAAROUFI, Chargé d’Affaires of the Embassy of the Republic of Tunisia to the Islamic Republic of Pakistan held a meeting, today August 22nd, 2024, at the headquarters of the Islamabad Chamber of Commerce and Industry with Mr. Ahsan Zafar Bakhtawari, President of the Chamber, and its representatives.
During the meeting, the Tunisian side invited its Pakistani counterpart to participate in the activities of both: the International Coffee Salon scheduled to be held in our country from October 1 to 5, 2024. And in the tenth session of the Halal Products Exhibition of the Organization of Islamic Cooperation countries from October 8th to 12th, 2024.
The Pakistani side, in turn, expressed its desire to participate in both events and considered that its participation would represent an occasion to further learn about the characteristics of the Tunisian and global market and a real opportunity to strengthen economic cooperation relations between Tunisia and Pakistan.
