His Royal Highness Prince Mohammed bin Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, Crown Prince and Prime Minister, met in Riyadh today, His Excellency President Isaias Afwerki, President of the State of Eritrea.
During the meeting, bilateral relations between the two countries and opportunities for joint cooperation in various fields and ways to develop them, especially in the development and trade aspects, were reviewed.
A number of issues of common interest between the two countries were also discussed.
The meeting was attended by His Royal Highness Prince Abdulaziz bin Salman bin Abdulaziz, Minister of Energy, His Royal Highness Prince Turki bin Muhammad bin Fahd bin Abdulaziz, Minister of State and Member of the Council of Ministers, His Royal Highness Prince Abdulaziz bin Saud bin Naif bin Abdulaziz, Minister of Interior, and His Royal Highness Prince Abdullah. Bin Bandar bin Abdulaziz, Minister of the National Guard, His Royal Highness Prince Khalid bin Salman bin Abdulaziz, Minister of Defence, His Highness Prince Faisal bin Farhan bin Abdullah, Minister of Foreign Affairs, His Excellency the Minister of State, Member of the Cabinet and National Security Advisor, Dr. Musaed bin Muhammad Al-Aiban, and His Excellency the Minister of Communications and Technology. On the Eritrean side, His Excellency the Minister of Foreign Affairs, Mr. Osman Saleh, His Excellency the Minister of Trade and Industry, Mr. Nasr al-Din Bakhit, the Economic Advisor to the President, Mr. Hakos Kabarhiut, and the Eritrean Chargé d’Affairs in Riyadh, Ms. Winnie Qarzgheir, attended.
