- Korean Ambassador Han Sungho Meets Chief Justice Yahya Afridi to Discuss Judicial Digitalisation, Knowledge Exchange and Institutional Collaboration
ISLAMABAD: Ambassador of the Republic of Korea to Pakistan, H.E. Han Sungho, met with Chief Justice of Pakistan Yahya Afridi on September 28 and held discussions on the digitalisation of Pakistan’s judicial system and potential avenues for enhanced cooperation between Pakistan and the Republic of Korea.
During the meeting, the two sides exchanged views on developments in judicial digitalisation, with particular attention to opportunities for sharing experiences, expertise and best practices in the use of technology to strengthen judicial processes and institutional efficiency.
Ambassador Han Sungho and Chief Justice Yahya Afridi also discussed possibilities for expanding bilateral exchanges in the judicial and legal fields. The dialogue highlighted the potential for greater institutional interaction and cooperation in areas of mutual interest.
and exchanged views on the status of Pakistan’s judicial system digitalization and possible
areas of cooperation between the two countries.
The meeting also explored ways to further strengthen Pakistan–Korea cooperation through professional exchanges, knowledge-sharing and engagement between relevant judicial institutions.
Both sides expressed interest in maintaining continued communication and exploring practical opportunities to deepen cooperation in the judicial sector, contributing to broader institutional ties and the longstanding friendly relations between Pakistan and the Republic of Korea.
