Biden “reiterated his view that a military operation should not be carried out without a credible and executable plan to ensure security and support for civilians in Rafah,” says a White House note.

During the telephone conversation that both leaders had, the US president reiterated the urgency for humanitarian aid to reach the Palestinians.

Netanyahu rejects Hamas proposals

They also addressed the negotiations that Israel has held with the Islamist group Hamas for the release of hostages, which at the moment do not seem to be moving forward.

While waiting for a new offer, it continues its military operations in the Gaza Strip.

This same Thursday, and after 25 days of siege, the Israeli Army broke into the Naser Hospital, in Khan Younis (southern Gaza), ensuring that it has “credible information” from the intelligence services that Hamas kept it there. some of the Israeli hostages and that there could be bodies of kidnapped people.
