At the Pakistan National Council of the Arts (PNCA), the Embassy of Kazakhstan in Pakistan, in collaboration with the leadership of the PNCA, organized a screening of the historical film “Kazakh Khanate- the Golden Throne” dubbed in Urdu.

Minister of Information and Broadcasting, and National Heritage and Culture of Pakistan Attaullah Tarar attended the event as the Chief Guest.

In his welcoming speech, the Pakistani politician emphasized the importance of developing cultural ties between our two countries, noting that such events strengthen mutual understanding and relations at the P2P level.

Ambassador of Kazakhstan Yerzhan Kistafin spoke about the work being through cultural cooperation and announced his intent to organize events on a regular basis in both countries Kazakhstan and Pakistan.

He also mentioned about the plan to sign a Memorandum of Cooperation in the field of information this year.

Moreover, representatives of official, business, academic, and creative circles of Pakistan were invited to the screening of the film.

The screening of the film ended with a standing ovation from the Pakistani audience.

Guests of the event highly appreciated the work of Kazakh actors in the film industry, noting the commonality of cultures and traditions of our peoples.
