Dr. Jemal Beker Abdula, the Ambassador of Ethiopia to Pakistan, joined fellow African Ambassadors and High Commissioners in expressing profound condolences to the Government and people of Pakistan following the devastating flash floods that have claimed numerous lives and displaced countless communities.
