Amman – The volunteer medical team of the King Salman Humanitarian Aid and Relief Center (KSrelief) in Jordan successfully performed cochlear implant surgeries on 40 Palestinian children from the Gaza Strip.
Speech rehabilitation services were also provided, as well as 16 educational sessions for the families, benefiting 112 individuals, as part of the Saudi sama’a volunteer program for cochlear implantation and fearing rehabilitation for Palestinian children from the Gaza Strip, with the participation of 18 volunteers from different medical specialties.
This effort is part of the humanitarian and relief work provided by the Kingdom, through KSrelief, to support the Palestinian people and alleviate their suffering amid the continuing humanitarian crisis.
